Educational Environment

Our school is located in Jakarta city, our building is 5 stories high. The first floor is the office department, the second floor and above are the classrooms and dormitories, and everything is completed in one building.There are 11 classrooms in total, and the homeroom teacher for each class is responsible for the entire period from the start of learning to the end of learning.

Trainee "Mindset"

We are promoting a change in awareness by having trainees strongly recognize that they cannot train in Japan unless they have acquired "Japanese language skills for daily life" and "Japanese language skills for work". In addition, we guide trainees toward an ideal form such as always being honest, having a sense of gratitude consciously, apologizing if there are any mistakes, etc.

Thorough Lifestyle Guidance

We are thorough in life guidance education to lead a fulfilling technical internship life in Japan. We also conduct instruction tests to ensure punctuality and the ability to move according to instructions. In addition, we have created rules and regulations for the classroom and the dormitory and posted them in the school and classrooms. At the end of the day, we all clean up and teach to keep it clean at all times.

Understanding Occupations, Identifying Tool Names by Occupation Learning Guidance

It is essential to have an "understanding of the type of work" and an "understanding of the tools to be used" when conducting practical training in Japan. In order to prevent a lack of understanding of the contents of the practical training, we regularly hold special classes for each occupation. Trainees will deepen their understanding and image of what kind of training will be conducted in Japan and what the training site will be like.Also, since it is important to remember the names of the tools used during work, we have created a list of tool names for each job category and encourage trainees to remember the names of the tools themselves.

Three Our unique points

Cooperative instruction between Indonesian and Japanese instructors

The Indonesian instructor will explain the difficult parts of the language and grammar in your mother tongue, and by practicing conversation with the Japanese instructor, you will be able to improve your ability to communicate effectively and steadily in Japanese.

Using the original teaching material Tsunagu Nihongo

Our training program teaches online and offline. We use Tsunagu Nihongo made by Human Academy in Japan. it emphasizes kaiwa or conversation for trainees fully adapt while internship in Japan, In addition to Japanese classes, they will also learn special words term and the names of tools for each occupation.

Learning about Japanese affairs, workplace understanding, and cross-cultural communication from the early stages

Japanese instructors and former technical intern instructors will provide communication guidance necessary for working on technical internships based on their own experiences on "what you should know as a technical intern trainee". In addition, based on the daily information provided by employees stationed in Japan, we guide how to deal with different cultures while conveying actual examples of technical intern training sites in Japan

The Special Curiculum

We use original teaching materials that emphasize what you can do. The goal of learning is to be able to use situations with a high degree of necessity, such as listening to instructions and requesting.

Departure time!

Only a few hours left until I boarded my flight to Japan. We will deliver the feelings of the trainees just before departure and the thoughts of the families who came to see them off.
